| What is Traffic Witch? |
Traffic Witch is a free to join traffic generator that allows you to exchange web page views with other users. This is the perfect place to advertise any web site or web based business you want!

| What makes this program different? |
The concept of this program is simple. We want an easy to use traffic generator, that rewards active users. Meaning, the more you use it, the more traffic you will receive. We have dynamic ratios in place that increase the more you surf the program.

| Why am I only getting 0.34 page views per site view? |
Traffic Witch uses dynamic ratios. So the more you use the system, the more this will increase. You can either use the system for a 3:1 ratio, a 5:2 ratio or a 2:1 ratio. This all depends on the amount you use Traffic Witch. Of course, upgraded members get higher ratios from the start as well.

| Why Is My Site on Hold? |
| If you did not place the URL on hold yourself our script may have paused it for you, if it does not load on a timely basis, to keep from wasting your credits. If this happens, please simply open the menu link for "Websites", click on the name that you gave the website that is on hold, then use the drop down box under the entry to change the site status from hold to rotating. |
| Can't Login/timer doesn't work/can't see images |
| Computers can be "strange creatures". If not properly maintained, they sometimes do not do what we command them to do. Before submitting a contact request, please try the following steps to see if they will resolve this issue for you:
1) Clear out your browser cache/history (restart your computer after doing this)
2) Ensure that your computer is set to accept ALL cookies from trafficwitch.com
3) If you are using the Firefox browser with any extensions, such as No Script or Ad Block, please make sure that none of those are preventing Traffic Witch from loading completely.
4) If the above steps fail, please try disabling your firewall and/or anti-virus programs temporarily. If you can successfully login, surf, see the images and the timer works correctly after this, you may need to adjust your settings on one or both of those.
Please note: if you try step #4, please make certain that you re-enable your firewall and/or anti-virus program(s) before doing any extensive surfing on the Internet.

| How Do I Use Your Services? |

| What Is My ID number? |
| Your userid number is at the end of your referral URL, which can be viewed by clicking on the menu link "Referrals".
There is also a statistics table on the main member's page. Although there is text above it, and one must scroll down to view the statistics page, your userid number can be found there, as well. |
| How Do I use the Downline Builder? |
| You need to enter your referral code in the empty box provided by each program listed. That code may be a username, userid or affiliate name or affiliate id, depending on the program and what is allowed for it.
For instance, if Traffic Witch was on that list you would add your userid number in the empty box provided beside the listing.
In other words, use whatever is at the end of the Referral/Affiliate URL that is provided to you by the programs listed on there - be it a name, number or code that the owner of the program has scripted for you.
After entering all the referrals codes, be sure to save your data so that if one of your downline members joins the programs on the list they wind up in your downline on the corresponding programs. |
| How do I Remove a Site from My Account? |
| To remove a site, three things need to happen:
1) Make sure to remove the credit(s) from the site, and assign them to another site. You must have at least one site in place with the required percentage of auto-assign ratio in order to be able to delete other sites.
2) Be sure to turn off the auto-assign feature for the site(s). This can be accomplished by opening the menu link for "Assign Credits", scrolling down slightly and finding the area where one can set the auto-assign ratio for sites. You may have up to 100% total, not 100% per site. And keep in mind that you might want to save a few credits for special promotions when setting your percentages.
3) Be certain that you have the correct auto-assign ratio for your membership level in place for any remaining sites you have in rotation. Once again, there must be one site with the required auto-assign amount in place at all times, even when you are changing out sites. So you may have to remove sites in stages, rather than trying to do them all at the same time.
Please note: Partial credits cannot be moved. So please do not worry about those. Once you have removed all the whole credits, you may proceed.
Once these three steps are done, you should be able to remove the site without any further problems. |
